The British Vision also called "Stardust" ist exactly the same as the Chinese CE4, no one knows who invented the CE4.
The main difference is that the Company "Vision" is producing them. So imho any CE4 made in China is not really a "Vision"-CE4.
The other difference is that the metal-ring that holds the mouthpiece is not glued onto the tank with acrylic glue but rather by ultraound. That might seem like a small thing, but it has extreme results, as the mouthpiece is much firmer bonded with the tank an thus does not break off easily.
