About 250ml you are right but there are many people who buy it in Italy. Usually they buy samples first and then buy 15 bottles or 30 ml (or 2x30ml) flavours ready to use. Otherwise very often they take 250 ml unflauvored eliquid 24 mg/ml (19,90 euro) with 15 ml of concetrated flavours (9,90 euro).

for expiration date of nicotine we put 3 years but if it is stored in a cool (+4 degrees), dry and protected from light, base nicotine can last for many years.

For Coffee i have 4 producer:

GIOTTI. Very good delicate coffee
ZAN . Good Flavoaurs
TATO The taste closer to the real coffee
FLAVOUR CHIMICA Good taste but too aggressive for me
